Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes. Hausbar is an independent online retailer. We are not an authorized dealer or official retailer of any brand unless explicitly stated. All products are genuine and sourced from trusted US retailers.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

PRODUCTS ARE SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTIES BEYOND THOSE REQUIRED BY CALIFORNIA LAW. THE SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE EXCEPT AS REQUIRED UNDER THE SONG-BEVERLY CONSUMER WARRANTY ACT (CA CIVIL CODE §1792). Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided directly by the manufacturer.

For buyers in Vermont: implied warranties cannot be disclaimed under VT 9 V.S.A. §2454. For buyers in New Jersey: the NJ Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.) may apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where prohibited by law.
