Where do your products ship from?
All orders ship from US-based retailers and fulfillment centers. Most items arrive within 5-8 business days. Some orders may ship in Amazon packaging — this is normal and does not affect product quality or authenticity.
Are you an authorized dealer of the brands you sell?
Hausbar is an independent online retailer. We are not an authorized dealer or official retailer of any brand unless explicitly stated. All products are genuine, sourced from trusted US retailers, and backed by our 30-day return policy.
Why did my order arrive in Amazon packaging?
We partner with US-based retailers to fulfill orders quickly and reliably. Some orders may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging. The product inside is the exact same item listed on our store — same brand, same quality, same warranty.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $79 qualify for free standard shipping within the US. Orders under $79 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in undamaged condition. Opened and briefly used items are accepted if clean and complete. Contact us at spark96.us@gmail.com to start a return.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed in two stages. Stage 1: We initiate the refund within 3 business days of approving your return. Stage 2: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement.
Can I use these tools for mocktails too?
Absolutely! Every tool we sell works for both cocktails and mocktails. Our Mocktail Kits collection is specifically curated for non-alcoholic drink making. A great shaker doesn't care what's inside it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We're exploring international shipping for the future.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us at spark96.us@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item. For glassware, we understand breakage happens in transit and handle these claims promptly.

Are your bar tools food-safe?
All metal bar tools we sell (shakers, jiggers, strainers, spoons) are made from food-grade stainless steel (typically 304 SS). Silicone ice molds are BPA-free. Product materials are listed on each product page.
